Use this dialog box to copy a selected column specification to other columns in the same worksheet, as follows:
| 1. | Select the direction of the copy operation from the Copy Direction box: |
Forward
Select this option to start the copy at the Start Column number, continuing to higher column numbers.
Backward
Select this option to start the copy at the Start Column number, continuing to lower column numbers.
| 2. | Type in the Start Column box the column number at which to start copying. |
| 3. | Type in the Copy Length box the number of columns to which you want to copy the current specifications. |
| 4. | Click Apply to carry out the operation. |
| 5. | Click Close to close the dialog box. |
 | You can carry additional copies of the same specifications to other sections by repeating steps 1 through 5 any number of times before closing the dialog box. |
