Make Same Height command (Format menu)

Use this command to set the height of the currently selected rows to that of the leading row in the selection. This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of rows, such as when columns are selected.

You can press CTRL+Left-click over any of the selected rows to change the leading row.
