Format Rows command (Format menu)

Use this command to modify row level formatting on the current selection. This command displays the Format Styles dialog box to specify document row formatting according to your preference.

This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of rows, such as when columns are selected.
