Make Same Width command (Format menu)

Use this command to set the width of the currently selected columns to that of the leading column in the selection. This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of columns, such as when rows are selected.

You can press CTRL+Left-click over a different column to change the leading column.
