Format Columns command (Format menu)

Use this command to modify column level formatting on the current selection. This command displays the Format Styles dialog box to specify the document column formatting according to your preference.

This command is not available when nothing is selected, or the selection cannot be reduced to a determinate number of columns, such as when rows are selected.
