Error Analysis (Solutions menu)

Use this command to analyze and approximate the distribution of forecast errors at different prediction steps. This command reports normalized mean square errors (NMSE) for the indicated prediction steps in relation to the variance over the range of the test and approximates the distribution of residuals to compute the specified confidence interval for the indicated forecast method. This command displays the Forecast Error Analysis dialog box to specify the details of the operation.

This command is not available if there are no resolved methods in the currently active worksheet.
