Insert Row Cells From Clipboard command (Insert menu)

Use this command to insert cells from the Clipboard into the row at the current insert position. This command is not available when nothing is selected, the selection includes more than one cell, or the Clipboard is empty.

This command will insert cells into adjacent rows if the data in the Clipboard extends over more than one row.
