Drag Mode command (Chart shortcut)

Use this command to return the chart to drag mode. In this mode, you have access to the same commands as in Normal mode, but moving the mouse over the chart window while holding the left button down causes the graph area to move. A check mark appears next to the menu item when this mode is in effect, and the mouse pointer changes to when left-clicked.

This command is not available when the 3-Dimensions check box (Chart 3-D tab) is clear.
